i can't even tell you how long i've wanted a portrait painted by the gifted dominant hand of cathy cullis. i can tell you it has been a long time. i peek into cathy's shop and flickr (embarrassingly) often just to see what she's up to. thankfully, i happened to stop in at a time when this red-eyed beauty was available. let me tell you, this romantic lady is even more lovely in person. so vibrant and warm.

i don't have a frame yet, so she will sit safely atop my office shelves till i find the right one. something simple of course. woudn't want to overpower that small, sweet smile.
