hi. i hope you're doing well today. i am writing this on what will be considered yesterday, but if all stays as it is, i should be able to say i, myself, am doing well. the change in scenery has been good for my spirits. even better that i didn't have to go anywhere for it to change. 

that tree is naked now, by the way. there are maybe a couple dozen leaves on the whole thing. knowing winter is fast approaching makes my heart so happy!
